Each pepper is accompanied by its heat level, taste (other than 'hot'!), the cuisines it's most commonly used in and the Scoville Heat Units.
Featured chillies range from mild household classics like the Jalapeño to devilish scorchers like the Carolina Reaper and Ghost Pepper.
